Burgtec Shimano Crank Bolt

That fiddly little plastic OEM pre-tension cap has met its match. The Burgtec Shimano Crank Bolt replaces it with a clean 8mm hex fitting, so you can tension your Hollowtech II cranks with a standard hex key — no more hunting through the parts drawer at midnight for that mystery tool. Available in nine anodised colours to suit your build, it works with the full range of Shimano Hollowtech II cranks from Deore through to XTR, plus Shimano e-bike motors. Just remember: this bolt needs minimal torque — keep it between 0.7 and 1.5Nm and never exceed the manufacturer's recommendation.
