Our Dispatch & Deliveries policy outlines the conditions and procedures by which we sell products, and forms part of our terms and conditions. All customer orders are subject to this dispatch and delivery policy.
Items we sell have varying dispatch and delivery terms and in some cases may be pickup only. Please take note of the following policies prior to ordering.
Pickup Only Items:
Selected items in our range are designated as "Pickup Only". This will generally apply to bikes, but may also apply to other items as noted.
Items that are pickup only may require assembly by our staff prior to collection, or may be pickup only due to being uneconomical to ship, due to shipping restrictions on the item, or for other reasons.
Please ensure you are able to pickup from our store at 1 Jetty Road, Rosebud Victoria 3939 prior to purchasing any pickup only items. For the sake of clarify; we do not have multiple pickup locations, we do not have pickup locations in other states, and this is the only available pickup location.
Where an order for a PICKUP ONLY item is cancelled after being placed due to an inability to pick up from our location (or for other reasons, at our discretion), a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
An item being listed as Pickup Only does not necessarily mean that the item is physically in stock and ready to pick up at our retail store location at the time of your order. For example, the item may be in our bulk storage warehouse, it may need to be ordered in from a supplier, or it may be in stock but require assembly. Pickup only refers to the eventual collection/delivery method, and not to the current location of the stock. We will advise you when your item is ready for collection, generally within 7 days of your order.
Stock & Warehousing Policy:
We work hard to ensure all products listed as in stock and for sale on our website are physically available in stock in either our store, our warehouse or in the warehouses of our wholesale partners. Due to the nature of some products being very specific in purpose or application, not all products are on display in our retail store, and some items will be transferred in from our warehouse or a suppliers warehouse prior to dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched from our location in Rosebud Victoria. In rare occasions we may instruct a wholesale partner to ship an item directly to your address, where required to facilitate prompt delivery of a particular item or order.
Dispatch Timeframes:
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days after your order. We pride ourselves on our extensive product range, knowledgeable and friendly sales team and our after sales support. However due to our warehousing model we do not offer same day dispatch or rush order service.
On rare occasions the dispatch time for an order may be delayed beyond our usual handling times. If there is a delay our sales team will communicate with you to inform you of the expected delay and offer you appropriate options to continue with or cancel the order for a full refund.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
The listed price of individual items does not include shipping or handling charges. These are added at the checkout, or in some cases where a particular product requires specialised transportation, a quote for dispatch will be arranged and you will be advised of these additional fees. Shipping and handling costs and any other additional charges (if applicable) will be added at the checkout and you will be asked to confirm the order, including all additional charges. We reserve the right to vary stated charges where errors have occurred or where a customer's delivery address has delivery limitations. In the rare occasion that this occurs, the buyer will be provided with the opportunity to continue with the order or to cancel the order for a full refund.
Transit Times & Carriers:
Orders are dispatched either with Australia Post or selected other courier/freight companies, depending on the products ordered and the buyer's location. While the majority of orders are sent with Australia Post, we cannot guarantee a particular postal or courier service for any particular order. All orders are sent with tracking which will be provided to you to assist you in following the progress of your order once it leaves our warehouse.
Transit times will vary depending on the address location and postal/freight system load. Due to geographical circumstances and other factors, some locations may take longer to receive deliveries. Transit times are primarily controlled by Australia Post and our other delivery partners. We will liaise with our freight and postage suppliers on your behalf but do not have full control over delivery times by third party contractors, and thus cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Deliveries & Signature on Delivery:
Some orders may require a signature on delivery, while others may not. This may depend on a number of factors including the order value and the courier or postal service used. Where a signature is required, if you are not home to accept delivery your parcel may be taken to a Post Office, Freight Depot or Collection Point for pickup, and it is your responsibility to facilitate collection.
In other cases, deliveries may be left unattended if the driver determines that the item can be left in a safe place. Deliveries left unattended at your address at your request are your responsibility. You accept that we will not be liable to replace the product in these circumstances.
Where possible your order will be sent in one complete delivery, but may arrive as multiple deliveries under some circumstances.
Export Orders (International Orders):
Orders sent to international addresses (outside Australia) may incur local taxes and import duties. These are entirely your responsibility and payable by you. These charges are not refundable by us in the event of a product return (unless required under Australian consumer laws) or credit request.
Subject to Australian consumer laws, any product approved for a return, must be returned at the senders expense. No charges for international shipments will be accepted by us.

Common Questions
Do you service all brands of bike?
Yes - we work on all brands and types of bicycle, regardless of where it was purchased. If you are not sure whether we can help, just give us a call.
How long will my service take?
Most services are completed within 2-3 business days. During busy periods it may be slightly longer. We will give you an honest estimate when you drop the bike off. If you need it back urgently, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to book in advance?
Bookings are recommended, especially during peak season. You can book online via the button above, or call us on 03 5981 1132 to arrange a time.
Do you service electric bikes?
Yes. We service all types of electric bikes. Please mention your eBike system (Bosch, Shimano EP8, Bafang and so on) when booking so we can allocate the right time and tools.
Can you install parts I have bought elsewhere?
Yes - we are happy to fit parts sourced elsewhere. Our standard hourly labour rate applies. That said, if you contact us before purchasing we may be able to match the price and save you the hassle.
How often should I service my bike?
We recommend a General Service at minimum once a year for casual riders. If you ride regularly or in wet or muddy conditions, every 6 months is better. Suspension components typically need servicing every 50 hours of riding regardless of how the bike feels.
