BRAKING - EPTA Stage 0 Disc Rotor - 180mm 2.2mm Centerlock

EPTA STAGE 0 Our top-of-the-line disc, derived from the “STAGE0” developed for the WorldSBK. Despite appearances, EPTA STAGE0 is not a floating disc : the seven anchor points between the hub and braking track are fixed, ensuring maximum stability and braking precision .

Key Features

• Structure : The Ergal (AL7075-T6) hard-anodized black hub enhances stiffness and durability. The martensitic stainless steel braking track is laser-cut for maximum braking power.
• Technology : CNC-machined grooves improve braking performance, aid heat dissipation, and keep surfaces clean. Ventilation holes reduce temperature, while peripheral fins act as heat radiators.
• Treatment : The black surface results from cataphoresis coating , protecting against corrosion and evolving with high-temperature use.
• Thickness : 1.9 mm for XC (160-180 mm), 2.2 mm for e-bike, enduro, and DH (180-220 mm).
• Compatibility : Available in 6-Bolt and Centerlock , compatible with all braking systems.
